Bush Was Right On Kyoto
Dan Seligman at Forbes says Bush was right about the Kyoto Protocol (that farce of a treaty that was supposed to slow global warming):
Dan pointed out that while western Europe experienced a 5.4% increase in its greenhouse gases [ based on data up to 2003 ], the United States only saw a 4.7% increase. The Kyoto Protocol requires western Europe to reduce its emissions to 8% below 1990 levels.
