Happy Thanksgiving
Today is America’s day of thanksgiving for the past years blessings. Whether you give thanks to God or quietly reflect, it’s a very special day for almost everyone.
Each family celebrates in a different way, but many have tables full of turkey, yams, potato salad, cranberry sauce, and you name it….
With so much to be thankful for this year, let’s also remember our men and women in Iraq and Afghanistan. Each day they risk being killed by roadside bombs, car bombs, and snipers; so while we enjoy the food and ball games, pray that the missions in those countries will be completed soon and that our troops will return home safely.
God bless.
