Seven Killed In Florida Accident Involving School Bus

By Tim | January 25, 2006 | Tags: Northern America |

Seven people have been killed in Florida after an accident involving a school bus, semi-truck, and a van. The van caught fire killing all seven inside:

Tampa Bays 10—Eight patients have been transported to Shands HealthCare hospitals as a result of a bus accident that took place earlier this afternoon in Union County. Seven of the eight patients are children ranging in ages from five to 16. …

It doesn’t look like any kids died in the accident, but Shands says that two are in critical condition and three are in serious condition.

This accident reminds me of a tragic accident I saw on I-10 in El Paso. A pickup truck cut off a tractor-trailer causing it to wedge a little car against a concrete divider. The truck’s fuel tank ruptured causing a fire that killed the lady trapped inside the car. People tried to get her out, but they just couldn’t …

My heart goes out to the families of all involved. Our prayers are with you. God bless you.
