Louisiana Attorney General Charles Foti Louisiana Attorney General Charles Foti is speaking now about the arrests made yesterday. He has said that the patients were given “lethal cocktails” and “lethal injections.” And the patients were not patients of Dr. Pou nor were the two nurses assigned to the patients in question AG Foti said.

AG Foti is passionately repeating that this isn’t “euthanasia” but “homicide.”
