F-16 Crashes In Florida Straits

The USAF says an F-16 developed mechanical trouble over the Straits of Florida 75 miles south-southeast of Homestead, crashing into the ocean. The pilot ejected safely and was successfully recovered. The F-16 was assigned to the 93rd Fighter Squadron at Homestead Air Reserve Base.
