Kirk Osborn—Duke Lacrosse Attorney—Has Died

J. Kirk Osborn, one of the Duke Lacrosse Rape case attorneys, has died of a heart attack:

WRAL—J. Kirk Osborn, the attorney representing one of the three Duke University lacrosse players accused of rape last year, died Sunday following a heart attack. …

Kirk Osborn had been representing Reade Seligmann in the highly publicized Duke Lacrosse Rape case.

Kirk Osborn was born in Havre, Montana, July 4, 1942. He was 64. Our heartfelt condolences go out to his family and friends.
