The media blackout of the Channon Christian/Christopher Newsom murder case has been broken. Hotair.com reports that FOX News has covered the story of the young couple’s brutal murder in Knoxville, Tenn.
The young white couple was brutally murdered allegedly by five blacks back in January. Lack of news coverage led to accusations that media outlets were ignoring the story because the defendants were black and the victims white. When you consider how the media handled the Duke Lacrosse Rape Case, it’s easy to make that jump in logic.

How come this never made it on any national news program this should have been all over the news as a HATE crime but never did. I will tell you why because everybody is walking on eggshells when it comes to blacks Violating the civil rights of white people. If it was the other way around the media would have had this running 24hrs a day for at least two weeks if not more. How come you are not asking why this is not a hate crime also why haven’t the biggest civil rights activist in this country come forward and fight for the rights of the white people. People like the NAACP, Rev Al Sharpton and Rev Jessie Jackson come out to help the civil rights of the victims in this case clearly there civil rights were violated. How come they are not screaming and making a stink like they always do. I wonder if they will show up for the rally on May 26 (NOT) Why haven’t they gone and helped the families of the two victims in this case and have a media blitz like always. It seems the only civil rights they care about is the blacks and Hispanics and it seems to be the same way with the Media to. This is news and should have been reported to the public isn’t this why you became a Journalist in the first place to report news. The double standards on Civil rights needs to stop. We all know in our hearts no matter what color we are that this is clearly a CIVIL RIGHTS VIOLATION. The FBI should have got involved and arrested on federal charges for the Violation of civil rights.
