Korean Hostage Crisis: Another Male Hostage Murdered

The International Herald Tribune reports that the Taliban has executed another Korean hostage.

Folks, pleading with these monsters isn’t going to bring the hostages home. They are in the hands of men controlled by Satanic forces. And they are doing what is in their evil heart. Murder.

The hostages continue to be in our hearts and prayers.

Michelle Malkin says the World is yawning; Rusty Shackleford asks, “Where is the outrage?” Our hearts are torn within us; we don’t understand why no one cares.

Maybe a simple answer is best, the World cares for its own.

In Revelation 7, Believers martyred for the “word of God, and for the testimony which they held ask,” “How long, O Lord, holy and true, dost thou not judge and avenge our blood on them that dwell on the earth?”

In His own time; in His own time.

  1. Amidst the release negotiations, Avaaz.org have started a petition appealing to the Taliban leadership to uphold PASHTUNWALI, a code which stresses the importance of extending MELMASTIA (hospitality) TO ALL PEOPLE and release their captives.

PASHTUNWALI has real power among the ordianry people in Afghanistan.

The afghanistan hostage situation involving the south Korean Aid Workers being held by the Taliban is now spiralling out of control. If any more are killed, it could force all Aid Agencies to pull out of Afghanistan denying millions of Afghans the real help they need after years of war.

The Taliban are guided by PASHTUNWALI code, a principle that requires ‘HOSPITLAITY’ to all especially guests and strnagers,’ and this kidnapping is a clear violation of the code, offering the weary people of Afghanistan on whom they depend. So it’s time for the global community to stand with Afghanis’and South Koreans’, demands for the Taliban to honour their code and release the rest of the hostages.

To the Taliban leaders, please honour the code of the PASHTUN people, respect the Aid Workers as GUESTS in Afghanistan and release all hostages unharmed.

this is an urgent campaign to free the remaining South Korean Aid Workers who have been taken hostage by Taliban fighters in Afghanistan. The Taliban have already executed TWO hostages and are still threatening to execute the rest this week, an action that could trigger a mass evacuation of life-giving humanitarian aid from all of Afghanistan.

The situation is desperate, but there is hope. The Taliban are all form the ‘PASHTUN’ ethnic group and observe a strict code called PASHTUNWALI. This code demands above all else: ‘HOSPITALITY TO ALL ESPECIALLY TO GUESTS AND STRANGERS WHO DO AND MEAN NO HARM.’

There are rumours of in-fighting among the Taliban over these kidnappings, because they clearly violate the code.

We have only seconds not minutes to act. PLEASE JOIN THE 68,000 PEOPLE WHO HAVE SIGNED THE PETITION- you can put your name to petition and help increase the global pressure on the Taliban to release the Aid Workers.

Thanking you for beleiving that there is still hope, and that by doing this the hostages will be freed unharmed.
