Rep. Bobby Jindal Wins Louisiana Governor’s Race

U.S. Representative Bobby Jindal has defeated his opponents to become the first non-white governor of the state of Louisiana since Reconstruction.

In the words of Bobby Jindal, “Let’s give our homeland, the great state of Louisiana, a fresh start.”

Erick at Redstate is ecstatic; he writes, “It’s safe to go home now. Freedom stirs.

“I won’t go home now because I’ve made Georgia my home with my wife and child. But I could now without regret. Others will and they will help Bobby Jindal begin rebuilding the state. And it will be glorious.”

Congratulations Bobby and best wishes.
