Miley Cyrus’ Big Debacle
AdAge has a good story this morning on the Miley Cyrus debacle.
Apparently, her fan-base isn’t the least bit troubled about her revealing Vanity Fair photo that Michelle Malkin said made her look like she had just “awoken after a one-night stand.”
Claude Brodesser-Akner at AdAge wrote, “With a single, revealing photo taken by Annie Leibovitz for June’s Vanity Fair magazine, the 15-year-old Disney starlet all but hoisted herself aloft with a sign that read, “Hit me! I have candy inside!” Many of the world’s bloggers, journalists and parents grabbed their clubs.”
That photo is a big deal. A few days ago I wrote that “Miley Cyrus is 15 years old. Isn’t that photo Child Pornography? Wow, the local pervert goes to jail for stuff like that.”
Michelle Malkin titled her story “The seduction of Hannah Montana.” It is that and much more; maybe that’s what she was getting at. It’s really the despicable seduction of America’s young girls.
