Subway = “Wrong Way” On Contest Homeschool Ban?

Is Subway “Wrong Way” for banning homeschoolers from its national contest?

WND reports that Subway’s “Every Sandwich Tells a Story Contest” ban’s homeschool students from competing in the contest.

Well, let’em have their contest. There are alternatives to “Wrong Way”, I mean Subway. Alternatives like Quiznos’ and Jersey Mike’s, and a plethora of other locally owned and operated shops.

Kiss my money goodbye Subway.

Update (5/29/08): WND reports this morning that Subway is apologizing for excluding homeschool students. Subway says it will soon offer a new contest open to homeschool students.

A good question to ask though is: has irreparable damage been done to Subway customer relations?

    I live in Garden City, Kansas and we have two sandwich shops, Subway and Quizno’s. Now, in my opinion we only have one and that is Quizno’s.

    My firm has cancelled all catering with Subway and taken our catering needs to a competitor.
