I think they are giving Favre way too much money! I don’t think he will take the Vikings into the playoffs. He is fun to watch but not for that kind of money!!
Some Minnesotans look at the big picture. First of all, as far as Everyone knows (media would have enjoyed any suggestion of the negative), he is a law abiding, tax paying citizen. Secondly, there was a sell out crowd at the first exhibition game, so there are a few (62,000)excited fans, which by the way, had to eat and gather someplace and many did that in the downtown area. The hospitality community is grateful and loving it. Let’s look at the glass, half full for a change.
