Sgt. 1st Class Paul R. Smith To Receive Medal Of Honor Posthumously

Sgt. 1st Class Paul R. Smith will receive the Congressional Medal of Honor posthumously in a White House ceremony scheduled for April 4th. The Medal of Honor will be presented to Birgit Smith—Paul’s wife—by President of the United States, George W. Bush.
