Bizarre. North Carolina Congressional Representative Bob Etheridge is shown in a youtube video manhandling a young man identifed only as a “student.” Very unflattering and very bizarre. “Who are you?” Etheridge appears to repeatedly ask, almost as if he were shocked that a kid on the street would dare question him.
